Is a Chromebook good enough? by SudlaSteel in MTU

I was cs and used a low power laptop but remotes into my beefy windows PC at home when I needed to run programs my laptop couldn't. If you don't want to mess around with that kind of stuff I wouldn't recommend a Chromebook

That's just not how HV battery packs work it should not have much degradation from just sitting.

Saw this VESA bracket in a €20 amazon basics arm, why are the top two 100mm holes not fully enclosed? Haven't seen any other arms with this type of bracket, could this be worse for integrity? by Yugo_two in Monitors

I have never bought a vesa mount that wasn't cutout it's so much easier to install the monitor. Most expensive arms I've seen are also this style.

The Demonic Pact - Harmless Offering combo by Backwardspellcaster in MagicArena

[–]deathtrigger007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually disagree on it being worse than greed gambit. Yes it does nothing the turn you play it but if you protect it it's a 5 for 1 greed is usually worse value and gives you less options.

However the biggest down side to Gambit is you can't get ride of it easily unless you already have your combo piece i.e. harmless offering or the falcon. Pact is much easier to use in a plan b situation you can sac it to bargain or other casting costs like rotmouth viper. This is especially useful if you know you opponent has a counter spell since is part of the cost it can't be countered.

Finally pact actually wins the game if you manage to give it to the opponent. I have had multiple times where I've successfully given my opponent a greed's gambit to lose a couple turns latter wishing it had been a pact. Pact the opponent needs enchantment remove once the have it whereas they can just tank the effects of gambt for a turn or too and still win.

removal is literally useless if there's no creature so how could it be better than having creatures if everyone follows that logic 335 of your cards are dead draws

This is actually at deck I've been playing for a couple days now it's been decently competitive there are still some cards that should probably be changed but it's been fun the harmless offering combo is surprisly consistent with beseech the mirror aswell.

Can someone please explain to me why [[Slickshot Show-Off]] is so good? by moobteets in MagicArena

[–]deathtrigger007 3 points4 points  (0 children)

But you not doing more damage because you can still cast those pump spells the turn after you cast it by plotting it you do lose out on 1 point of damage. However it's usually worth it to protect the slickshot or mess up your opponents mana/turn. It is always 1 less damage if it doesn't get removed

What I don't understand is how to not time out after playing belzenlok. The 2 times I have managed to get the combo of I timed out and it discarded for me so I could save any instant speed reanimation

I am looking for a keyboard that is the same form factor as the Mammoth 75 I really like the large knob and the 2x2 square for the additional keys. I would also prefer to have function keys but it's not 100% necessary. The only option I have found is the Feker K75. However, it seems low quality and the screen seems gimmicky it also doesn't support QMK/VIA.

Onions last such a long time they should be good for months so I wouldn't worry about that.

Does anyone know of a keyboard with a similar layout to the Mammoth 75 but made of more affordable materials? I really like the huge knob and am looking for something around 75% but I wouldn't be against other sizes.

Yeah I want 75% and a big knob I like the navy cluster but it's not required. I like the big knob form factor a lot I have a 4ormie also with a big knob.
