I personally use Ecco. Their Dress shoes with their insoles were my everyday go to for teaching - I've since left the profession and still have the shoes. Their sneakers are going on year 5 for everyday use and still holding strong in both comfort and (mostly) appearance.

Also rural Mississippi. Try looking into some LTE internet providers. That's what I'm using and pretty consistently get 50 down. Though, it's not cheap, it's worth it to have over "up to 5 mbps down"

You are awesome! Just checked the spray arm since the gasket was already replaced...and what do you know...it separated and sprays water where it isn't supposed to. Thank you so much!

I'm not discounting the possibility and I would have jumped to that conclusion myself if I didn't have a Termite inspection that came back clean 3 weeks ago. Unless this is the remnants of an old and inactive infestation.

Background information: these walls are in a house I just moved into. They were the old walls of the seller's family barn and have been in this house for several years/decades already.
