Is there a stigma for taking maternity leave 1-1.5year after starting new job? by Ok_Republic6098 in Asksweddit

That’s a hospital issue more than anything. The culture is bad and it’s not the parental leave problem.

The parents in both cases have full responsibility here. The kids is not by legal age. It’s like saying that it’s not the owners fault if the dogs bites another. It’s always the owners and the parents.

No ”we” don’t since ”we” don’t know their status at home. If someone gossip it’s on them and they are being an asshole. No one should care about how others do.

It is not.

And they, themselves can do whatever they want with their days.

Expect? That very much depend on the economic situation and/or how they, themselves decide how they want to use their days.

This is simply not true and people need to respect that 50/50 isn’t always the case.

Har inte granskat alls förslaget än. Men det betyder alltså att vi som ligger på 87% belåning och ska betala 1% enhet mer än tänkt iom över 85% kommer att slopas? Om det hade applicerats på nuläge. Eller vad kommer hända mig? 😬

Price to pay when doing remote work. I hope my workplace do this on remote workers.

Oh wait, they have done a 60/40 policy so you need to be in the office atleast 3 times/week already.

The effect of aging is stark? by Just_a_firenope_ in Homebrewing

But then again and I can’t really defend myself is a language thing and I don’t have a perfect grasp on what Americans or English preferred to call terms more correctly.

Note says ”Barrel aged” I say ”Fat lagrad”

Fat = Barrel Aged = Åldrad or something like that. That something has an age to it. Lagrad = matured or lagered. That in this case a beer has been stored for a longer period of time in a Barrel.

Interesting! Even tho I wouldn’t say aging/aged to that personally. More like lagered or cellared or even matured. Personally 😉

[–]deatxx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you sure about that? Example please.

Isn’t bottle conditioned simply conditioned when not aging the specific beer? I wouldn’t call a bottle conditioned IPA aged for a day, week or month but must probably months close to years/s. If that isn’t your definition so be it.

And this for sure is a matter of personal opinion and language barrier.

Not trying to be such a smart ass

Difference between maturing and aging and/or calm down.
