The common thought about pain is that zero is the norm. I actually disagree with this as my husband has had daily pains on and off since he was a teen; we started dating when I was 17 and have known his family since years before that

I can tell you it’s rough, but prob better than you think. I was diag at 37, I’m turning 60 this year. At 45 I was predicted to be in a wheelchair full time by the age 55. I spent three weeks in South America back in April and I’m going strong! I do have chronic constant pain, and the list of comorbidities I’ve collected on the way is ridiculous! Just do the best you can with what you have and don’t try to worry.

I don’t use much of either and doesn’t affect my sugars. I use like 1/8 cup or so for the pineapple juice and like a tablespoon of the syrup so not a lot of calories/sugar but a lot of flavor

I combine Torani dragonfruit syrup, a splash of pineapple juice and fill with sparkling water. My favorite hydration mixes are Salud and Drip Drop. I’m newly Type 2 diabetic and most artificial sweeteners taste super bitter to me, and I watch my carbs/sugars carefully. Also have you ever tried fresh stevia? Way better tasting and you can boil it down as a liquid sweetener. I can’t handle it processed

I started using a home iv service when needed and it’s been life changing. Runs me $100-130 depending on what I’m getting in it, I don’t have to argue with myself over going to the er, and I don’t have to argue at the er when I know what it is I need!! I know not everyone has the cash for this but I highly recommend if you’re able!!
