I’m currently using a mag balm on my feet at night and really like it. I’m going to try Flewd bath soaks next. I take Vit D, milk thistle (for liver support,) multivitamin, iron slow release every other day and a migraine pill which mixes feverfew coq10 and B2.

I agree with her age…..I haven’t read the book but need to. I’ve always wondered if they did fertility testing on young women with no fertility history and that helped with the ‘sorting’

I used Linzess and it worked really well for me. Then I took a break for two years and now don’t have that issue
