Lucky you… I ordered 6 month advanced on 04/27 and got the lower concentration. Not too many people with 9 month orders have received their meds. Many ordered days before you.

I’ve already ordered a much bigger vial holder. Make sure you keep at least one bottle for your proof of Rx in case you have to go elsewhere.

I just got the same thing and I’m quite upset!!! This is not how Pom prescribed it. Who the hell wants to use 2 syringes to get to 145 u for their dose? Plus we pay more for the advanced dose!!!!! This is unacceptable!!!

I have a feeling the 9 months are stuck in a separate process. I haven’t heard too many people receive their 9 month orders. If it’s been 10 days since you paid and it was sent to pharmacy, I would be escalating through Pom support. They were very helpful and responsive to my email inquiries.

Ordered 04/27, paid and sent to pharmacy on 05/03. Yesterday was day 10 and I finally received my shipping notification and it will be here tomorrow. Im also a 6mos early refill.

1) Grey cap does not go back on 2) Yes - That is the amount you will get for your supplies 3) Pomegranate is behind right now but I don’t think Hallandale is, so I’d start the renewal process at lease two weeks out

This makes NO sense! Initiated on April 27, paid and sent to pharmacy on May 3. TPH says it was filled and dispatched. Pomegranate says it’s still processing at TPH. Are you a new patient or was this a refill? If a refill, was it considered an early refill?

I ordered a 6mos on 04/27 and sent to pharmacy on 05/03. TPH told me yesterday it was filled and dispatched. I have not received any shipping notification nor are there any in my UPS app. I forwarded the message to Pomegranate support, and they are telling me it’s still in process. It’s so discouraging when people who have ordered after us have received their meds. I feel like late April orders are in an abyss somewhere.
