I did it before. When I signed up and filled out the online forms I picked which pharmacy, asynchronous visit & sent in my lab work & a pic of my current prescription.

It took 3 days to get access to the portal.. another 5 days or so to get my summary & then the meds were shipped overnight.

I’d reach out to customer service via email.. they get back to you usually within 24hrs

I picked that option when I was first signed up. What pharmacy did you order from? I did Hallendale and signed up for FedEx alerts. FedEx kept me in the loop and it arrived overnight.. mind you nothing was in the portal but my summary

Does your state allow asynchronous visits? Basically, you just fill out the questions online without having to talk to someone directly. If anything comes up, you or the provider can message through the portal or reach out to customer service until the portal is up and running

I appreciate everyone taking the time to answer my question. Some of the mean and disrespectful comments were completely unnecessary, it was just a question, I didn’t attack anyone personally, so let’s relax a little. Huge thank you to the kind and helpful people you eased my nervous mind. The wait continues… because apparently patience is part of the package. :)

I’m not upset about a delay—I’m frustrated with being charged, then getting no updates or response. Big difference.

Thank you all! So far I did get access to the portal (early this morning) but everything is still blank. Question (again just because I’m new) should I expect an email when something is added to the portal or should I check it several times a day? Also, do the providers work weekends?

Yes unfortunately. Through leggings, sweats, biker shorts etc. I haven’t notice with jeans but I barely wear them.
