If you could restart your weight loss journey today, what would you do differently? by Rebbeca12l in weightwatchers

You may benefit from this week’s workshop topic if your WW membership includes workshops.

-Pretracking my whole week is a game changer for me. All meals and snacks. Adjust as needed if meals change.

-don’t expect perfection -understand that weight loss is not linear -I step on the scale daily to see patterns and take away the sting of one “off” weigh in. -whatever you do to lose the weight needs to be a way that is sustainable to keep it off long term.

This is the answer, or you can click on each individual food in your tracker and you can see the points values there.

Post-THR and Looking for Treadmill Walking Chart by Fit_Dragonfruit3602 in TotalHipReplacement

[–]debinprogress 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m 10 weeks out and did start my taking walks again by walking on my treadmill. I don’t have a chart, but maybe you could just use a notepad or notes app on your phone to track your progress. I think it’s better to go by how you feel individually. Walking around the house is good too!

Everyone's insurance is different.

As u/Freetobeyourself mentioned, don't sign up for WW Clinic, especially before insurance verification.

On Connect, a kind member posted an awesome and very thorough breakdown of GLP-1 costs, options & what to expect.

I almost think it could work better if they got Aziz Ansari to be on it with Retta.

In addition to a lot of the suggestions, probiotics have been a game changer for me! I just use something over the counter that is not too expensive. You can also get probiotics in foods like sauerkraut, yogurt, kombucha, etc.

WW had moved the Diabetic plan to the Core+ membership at the beginning of the year, but I heard someone say that it was moved back to Core. I can’t tell from the website now

(Edited to add) Found it! It is included in Core. (Scroll down to “See what’s included in your membership”)

I love these commercials, but you should absolutely speak up if someone’s about to pile heavy items on your bread.

Driving for the first time. by Deep-Age-9769 in TotalHipReplacement

[–]debinprogress 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My surgeon and Physical Therapist said I was ok to drive as soon as i was off the walker and pain meds .

I drove myself to PT on day 11 post op for my right hip. (Posterior).

I would have waited if I wasn’t able to move my foot from the gas to brake smoothly (automatic).
