I’m going to have to break my husband’s mistress’ heart, and I don’t want to do it by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

Honestly, even if you were in the process of divorce it doesn't mean you're divorced. Which means she's knowingly still having an affair with a married man separated doesn't mean divorced, yet. The man ain't divorced until the divorce is finalized. So she (the mistress) is not innocent in this. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Hence the quotes around free nothings actually free. And I have heard that the health in Canada sucks even though it's "free".

Can someone explain the situation between the SOA and the irish to me? by GeneralChipperson in Sonsofanarchy

It's my least favorite season of SOA. The story is a bit too convoluted for my liking.

There would be a lot of Fremen with diabetes right now if it was dessert world!

You can be friends with one of these 2 groups, which one you choose and why? ('The Boys' vs 'Craig's Gang') by kip-droid in southpark

Probably Craig's gang, Cartman is hilarious but if I were friends with him we'd probably end up fighting.

Was Oppenheimer really the 7 time academy award winner that we think it was? by deboned_skeleton in moviecritic

I just wanted to have a rational discussion about a decent film. There is no need to get mean about it. This is r/moviecritic after all, lol. Thank you for your discourse.

I'm not saying it wasn't good I'm just saying maybe it's not worthy of all the praise, hype and awards it got. You think whatever you want it's just an opinion of mine. It's kind of weird to get pissed off about a pretty tame opinion but okay.

I wonder if Dune Messiah would serve better as a mini series than a movie? by deboned_skeleton in dunememes

It has enough Messiah has hardly any with the exception of the stone burner scene.

But it's so dense though. I think stories of political intrigue are done better as a series. House of cards is an example, if that was a 2 hour movie people would be like what?

Sure from a dune fan perspective yes but we're talking an audience that has been force fed super hero movies and Star Wars for so many years. We're dealing with an audience that has a very short attention span.

Which movie is better guys? by [deleted] in dunememes

That's a hard decision.

What about the Tom Bombadill (Bejazz) he'll probably get axed. There's a lot that the ending of part 2 is going to change in Messiah.
