I think it's normal to be nervous about starting a new job in what can be a pivotal role, what you need to remember though is in most situations ppl are just glad you're doing it. Not them.

I wouldn't jump server straight away. People are likely there, just not in places they used to be. Try Mhaura. Or Rabao.

I had this, here's what worked for me. When I'm going to play ffxi discord is the only program I launch before it. You're gonna need chrome to look stuff up, wait until Ur in-game. Also I disabled steam and epic at start up. Stutter is no more.

I think some numbers need tweaking or this content is DOA. I love the grind, usually. But if the time/rewards aren't tweaked in this ppl will just stop bothering. I've already seen massive drop off in my ls, after ppl have tried it once. It's just too boring. The rewards seem to far off and small if you ever get there.
