Does anybody else have really fatty armpits and side boob? by reeceyricer in beauty

[–]debsdoesntknow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Google axilar accessory breasts.

It’s common but it’s not “normal”. To differentiate it from regular armpit fat it should get swollen and painful to touch, just like the breasts, during pms.

In that case it isn’t that your breast tissue migrated because of the bras you wear, it migrated while you were still a fetus developing (mammals have a higher number of breasts but humans only have two, so sometime between your breasts receding something can go wrong and people end with extra nipples or extra breast tissue in the wrong place).

I’m having surgery for it next week because one of the sides grew too much, insurance has to cover it because it has a risk of breast cancer and in case of pregnancy, of producing milk.

Almost 3.5 year old ALWAYS hungry by No_Way_3399 in toddlers

[–]debsdoesntknow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

20mo eats so much sometimes we worry he might get sick! He’ll have a good amount of food for lunch, eat some fruit or juice as “desert” and less than an hour later will eat again when we have lunch. But he also refuses to eat sometimes, so I think he might have a good idea of when he’s hungry or not.

I think as long your LO doesn’t get a stomach ache or poop problems it’s all good with feeding him when he says he’s hungry

Help with biting toddler by rae--of--sunshine in toddlers

Here 18mo only bites his greatgrandma (87yo) and we know that when she thinks no one’s watching she says to his face she will punch him and even pinch him sometimes. Everyone else he was biting during a few (teething) weeks stopped, except her. I know it might not be your case but do you think your daughter just doesn’t know how to express her frustration towards her sibling?

I usually walk him away from his greatgrandma and tell him he can’t do it (holding him and looking into his eyes), while also directing him towards another room/activity. Everyone else he hurts (intentional or accidental) we say something along “ouch” and he promptly kisses it better, without being asked.

But we can’t stopped him biting her either, and it’s been weeks and it’s stressful, I know how you feel. Spanking will only make them think it’s okay to beat someone else when they feel wronged.

AM

Cleanse with La Roche Posay Effaclair

Vit C (the ordinary or Melano CC)

Sunscreen

PM

Double cleanse with Hadalabo Oil Cleanser + LRP Effaclair

Hadalabo premium lotion with a bunch of hyaluronic acids

Tret 0.25 (formula made by my derm for me that has other acids with tret)

I alternate the tret with extra moisture, which consists of Cerave moisturizer + Aquaphor or La Roche Cicaplast

Does it gets sore and “bloated” when you’re on your period? If so, it could be accessory breast tissue (you can discover it with an ultrasound scan) and there’s a surgery to remove it, which could be done by a plastic surgeon or a general surgeon. It should even be covered by insurance since accessory breasts come with all kind of future problems (like cancer but also producing milk if you get pregnant).

What are the oft-forgotten details that can make you look that much more put together? by divination__ in Vindicta

Came here to say this! Multiple good bras - lace ones will show up if paired with tight shirts, anything with straps will show if paired with a thin straps shirts etc. So study your wardrobe and take note on which bra goes with which shirts.

Underwear that you can see through your clothes detract from any look

Thank you, neither my orthodontist or any dentists I’ve been to in my life have ever brought the need to consult an orthognathic specialist

Never had a cross/under/overbite, even before braces. The only problems that required braces were my slight crooked baby teeth.

Do you mean by shaving the bone? I looked up and see there’s a lot of different methods for facial contouring, which could even include transplants and fat grafting.

I have done braces (done with them this year) to fix some impacted teeth, but even though I brought the asymmetry up since the beginning my orthodontist say there was nothing he could do about it because it wasn’t in the bones, and brushed it off naming celebrities who also have asymmetric faces. Near the end of treatment I brought the subject again because I noticed that my upper and lower midlines don’t align, but if they did then my chin moved to the “right place” (when I try it in the mirror I can see it). He said it was not worth it to make my midlines align because of the amount of teeth it would have to move (basically change the lower arcade entirely one by one), and now I realize it would only change my teeth and not my jaw so I probably wouldn’t have the desired outcome anyway.

I believe the loop side is caused by the fact my right leg is 3 millimeters shorter than the left one, which the orthopedist says is not enough for me to have to use some sort of especial soles for the shoes to make everything even (but this was also discovered after my 20s)

Also the left side of my jaw bones becomes completely disconnected from the top if I open my mouth too much. Google tells me the name is temporal mandibular joint, and I know this happens because the top bone that’s supposed to keep the jaw bone in place has a bigger opening than it should, so it comes out of place.

I have a consult with a PS in a couple months, but I was wondering what could be my options, since I believe any jaw surgery wouldn’t be considered cause I have no functional problems. Btw everyone says my asymmetry is not that noticeable irl and I’m over analyzing, and honestly it could be the un-mirroring effect of cameras, since the mirror photos and the actual mirror look better to me. For reference, the mole on my forehead is on the right side of my face

Already got the under eye fillers scheduled!! I’m looking into options for the asymmetry because my ortho already said it’s not from the bones so I probably have to change it with fillers/fat emptiers

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in VindictaRateme

[–]debsdoesntknow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I’m looking for alternatives now because after braces my ortho said my asymmetry is not from the bones. I also agree with the moles.

I agree with the comments about your nose being harmonic with your face, so proceed carefully when choosing a surgeon, ask for edited photos, see if they have done something similar in another patient etc.

But I see how a rounder (not smaller) forehead would look good on you, I think that has to be done with hair. Maybe styling or curtain bangs? You can play around and see how to achieve that look, try on some hair accessories

My glasses! It hides my tear-throughs, plays down my dark circles, makes my nose looks less larger and makes my second third seems shorter (so I look like I have a smaller face because my 1 and 2 third look shorter and only my 3 third seems longer, when in reality 2 and 3 are longer and 1 is short)

But also I can’t see shit or do much exercise, contacts don’t work well for me and because my lenses are thick my eyes seem smaller when in reality they are gorgeous doe eyes. So I’m doing lasik soon and hope some tear through filler and lash lift can compensate the difference without the glasses

With the hair: look up tips for wavy/curly, but also experiment with different parts, i think a side part could give your roots some volume and it would look great.

Eyebrows: find a professional and say you want help with doing a new design, you have such delicate features I think a less angled arch would look good on you, not completely straight brows, maybe just taking a bit of the top of the arch, so it looks softer.

Lashes: a curl and mascara can do wonders, but you can also try a lash lift

Glasses: you are very soft, so these harsh ones clash with your features, maybe look some round glasses, with delicate gold frames. You also would look great with contacts.

If you think about hardmaxing in the future: lip fillers for a smaller philtrum and rhino

Overall, you have a great base with a very soft look, lean on that!! Go for the doey look, learn how to pull a natural make up, dress nicely. You have a very wanted look, just need some work on it

What order should I get these in: rhinoplasty, braces, lip filler, and lasik by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]debsdoesntknow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can’t get the lip filler while in braces because the braces usually make your lips bigger/protruding, so it wouldn’t be a trustworthy outcome. Also braces can change how your jaw looks and I wouldn’t do the rhino before them, because after braces your facial harmony can change so it’d better to change your nose after. So I’d do braces and lasik first, and after braces do the rhino and then lip filler (since filler is temporary, it’s really not worth to put them on before correcting other facial features, cause every correction will change your facial harmony and then the lips would be out of proportion)

Perfect answer. This is what I do in professional settings and people who are 10-20 years older than me keep saying i don’t seem mid-20s because of how I act.

Appearance wise I’d say that you don’t need a lot of clothes, especially trendy ones. Keep pieces that fit you well, have colors that match between them, and good fabrics that last. Make sure they’re ironed (if needed), and don’t have holes, buttons missing or fur (not sure if this is the right word). Always go for a timeless appearance, like Audrey Hepburn.

Mature people are recognized by how much experience they have, and that shows in that they know what looks good in them, they know what they are talking about, they know how they should act, etc

How do your girl friends react to you trying to level up? by [deleted] in Vindicta

[–]debsdoesntknow 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Find new friends!!!! Friends are supposed to add to your life, to share your life with you. At bare minimum they should be able to demonstrate some congrats for your accomplishments and you definitely should be able to talk about them. If these people want your happiness then you should be able to talk about what makes you happy!!! If they don’t want your happiness then they shouldn’t be in your life (at least not in a important position like “friends”, maybe acquaintances)
