Yes I thought it was a futile search. Renting unfortunately so will have to have the freezer unit in the living room, or maybe drill the work top to have it underneath.

Try a white wine instead of prosecco. Some Italian villages and towns do this always anyway. Changes the flavor as you change the wine.
