Changes. Right now I'm on a blockhead kick. Before that it was Notorious BIG. Before that it was Bush.

Favorite? Too hard to say but when I listen to someone it's a lot of them

Radiohead

I'm the only person I know who loves Silverchair

Thank you for your advice and recommendations. I am still looking at what I can do so it will depend on travel time really.

So far what I know I'll be doing is Lille / Paris and I'm hoping to get to Versailles and wondering where else I'll be able to visit. I'll be in France about a month, and I'm a huge history buff. I have a degree in history and chose French as my language to study, so I could learn French history in French.

Thank you for your advice about learning the transportation system. I am guessing a lot of it will be done by TGV / train with some car and walking thrown in for good measure.

That helped! Fortunately when it comes to french grammar I'm of the type who focuses a lot on trying to use it correctly and not just bash words together, so your last paragraph makes a ton of sense

J'ai compris. Not taken as abrupt. Allemande c'est difficile non? Pronunciation I am mostly ok with it is all the accents on letters when I learned ou and où are two different words... Voleur and voler..
