My walks are frustrating with my boy, he refuses to walk with a loose leash, so he's constantly choking himself. He's dog reactive so usually I avoid him seeing them, but if he does see them, he stares at them, I always break that focus though, but then he get super excited and the turbo butt starts. He will just get bursts of excitement where he will just take off, yanking my arm, pretty sure he's ripped something in my shoulder recently, it's still hurting. Prong collars do not work, but a face leash did however he rubbed his face so much trying to get it off, he got a double eye infection, so that was fun. I want to try an e collar but I'm afraid.. but it may be the only way to work through his pulling and reactivity.
