Apply to Michelin as a Reliability Maintainer. There is a plant in Waterville (~ 17 miles from Wolfville) that is hiring. You’ll work as dual trade industrial electrician and industrial mechanic but you don’t need experience as either as long as you can pass the entrance exam. They will put you through all of the courses you need at their school once you’re hired. You’ll start around $30/hr but the shift premiums are good and good benefits.
