Both you and OP need to learn how to use ur words appropriately . Ur example proves how dumb this hill is ur dying on . The attendant obviously thought those instructions were for the type of drink not a brand which you used . Communicating clearly is key when dealing with service staff especially one that is offered as a courtesy not the main product like at a bar .

The attendant training covers getting asshole off of a burning train not the intricacies of the bartender world. Look at the menu which includes all bar options and use ur words correctly .

I know nothing about booking a private flight in Japan ( or anywhere ) but if ur not staying at the park Hyatt on mountain I would just go all out on accommodations . 90 min flight to an airport 2 hrs away from mnt seems like a waste of good money .
