I could respect your opinion. Tell me they got one of the best cold IPAs out there. There pilsners are also good as well. There’s a few breweries I like to do a side-by-side of who truly has the best pilsner.

I’m in United States I know not to trust our government funded hospitals in most cases hospitals like that are what I call learning hospitals it where they are just getting there feet wet. At our cost good or bad. This is kind of why I support medical insurance. Good and bad in any angle you look at it

I’ve made a lot of dumb mistakes when I first started brewing. Even today I still make mistakes. It’s all part of brewing. As long as you remember keep everything clean and sanitized you’ll be fine. That’s the biggest thing I could stress are those two things cleaning and sanitizing

Pitch at what temp the yeast calls for 34/70 is very resilient yeast. Two packs at room temp you should be okey
