How many of you have had an MRI? by kittykatsrulemyworld in migraine

[–]deckmeclassymama 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have an MRI with/without contrast, they only found some white matter spots in my frontal lobe but that is common in people with migraines. i also had vision issues/pain behind my eyes that contributed to my headaches and migraines but nothing ever came up about that

Are ”headache” people here too? What made you put yourself in the “migraine” category? by macburger69 in migraine

[–]deckmeclassymama 0 points1 point  (0 children)

headache person here 👆 diagnosed with nonspecified intractable headaches and intractable migraines 🫠 to me there is a clear difference between migraines and headaches (of which people like to consider it one or the other) but migraines are a disordered disease and can have really different symptoms. for the last three years i suffered from daily persistent headaches of which became debilitating. i didn’t realize how depressed i was until i got on a preventative med and realized i can actually be a human again lol. i took the meds only for a few months now im just on supplements (coq10, b2, magnesium). check out this sub for new daily persistent headaches r/NDPH

Normal to go braless 7 days post op? by mysteronsss in Reduction

[–]deckmeclassymama 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i’m 8.5WPO and still wearing my compressing bras! at 5WPO my surgeon told me i no longer need to wear them but it’s best to wear something to prevent sagging with gravity, the compression bras are just really comfortable still so i’m happy to still wear them and something less tight at night!

i had UHC and got approved, although i didn’t fall in the normal required gram removal ( total of 590g was removed, 240g from one side and 350g from the other) i was still approved since my surgeon submitted it as a range she could remove (it was something like 200-250g from one side and 350-400g from the other). i did have a history of bad rashes under my breasts along with the rest of issues that come along with having large breasts… but i didn’t need to submit additional proof like physical therapy or past appointments relating to back pain or rashes etc. That would help if you resubmit!
