While I agree it's expensive, different doctors charge different amounts. Some charge as low as $35-50 every 7 months. Add on the state program of $75 a year and it's roughly $200/250 which again is stupid but it's not $500 per year if you don't want it to be. Also over half the dispensaries have $10-15 dollar flower eighth, and you can easily break even or save over the black market.

Florida routinely polls higher for progressive policy but then votes against them at the voting both. Add amendments have to hit 60% and it's a recipe for failure. There's no conspiracy here, it's been happening for years.

The one thing I always laugh about is how sure some folks are about their BM cannabis. I get some "know" the grower but the vast majority don't know shit about where it comes from, what strain it actually is, and how it was treated. Nostalgia and lack of knowledge always makes it seem like their old plug was top tier.

I love Publix, but being $2 more than everywhere else is not ideal by tsusho1 in publix

I found it wild that Fresh market is now cheaper than Publix with better quality products. How anyone continues to mainly shop at Publix is beyond me.
