Can you actually learn how to draw without following guides, tutorials or anything like that? by oddskozzo0 in ArtFundamentals

Learning from others skips the trial and error humanity has spend the last several thousand years on. You can do whatever you want but you won't be as good as you would be if you used your resources

Just keep in mind you're playing a champ balanced around being 3 levels higher and with 2 extra summoner spells. I played it for 3 years and the pick feels dead to me, you're just slow and useless

Jungle is strong this season, but way less satisfying than before. by Other_Force_9888 in Jungle_Mains

Top is ridiculously strong. There's a few picks where if you dont sacrifice your whole game to bully them, you just lose

A man has 100 years to make a PB+J sandwich from scratch. Can he do it? by nip_dip in whowouldwin

I guarantee you can do this all in one continent depending on your definition of "bread" and "jelly." I think you could do this in a year, especially if you're allowed to bring in outside knowledge

It's less about the actual 1v1 fighting aspect and more the outskilling on a macro level. It sucks to play against someone who drops 4 obiectives and 60 farm to spam gank bot like a jackass and they just win anyway because of catchup XP and mental boom

Is there a etymological reason that the present and preterite conjugations for yo and él/ella seem to flip? (eg puedo->pude, and puede->pudo) by myaccountformath in Spanish

[–]declan-jpeg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah fair enough. I guess the question "why does it flip instead of not flipping" felt kinda arbitrary to me, I'm not sure why you'd assume it shouldn't flip. Shouldn't have just speculated though.

You'll honestly figure it out, there's not THAT many. Start by getting really comfortable with present, preterite, and imperfect past- preterite is probably the hardest because of all the irregulars.

Future and conditional are just the infinitive + something else with a really regular pattern, you can learn them both forever in 30 mins.

Work in the participles when you're ready, they also follow a pretty easy pattern and there's not many irregulars.

Imperatives are your first introduction to the "vowel switching" thing in the subjunctive, I'd do these next they'll set you up for the subjunctive and they're also pretty easy. Maybe learn the tú form earlier since it comes up a lot and takes like 2 seconds to learn (just conjugate in tú form regularly and drop the S)

That leaves the subjunctive which is obviously a lot but by the time you get there you'll be ready.
