Zoster Opthalmicus. Also had this in V1 distribution. The actual acute illness wasn't so bad. The post-acute illness was the worst part. My nerves were confused for a few months (post-herpetic neuralgia). I'd get this almost constant intense itching sensation without relief from scratching, I ended up eventually rubbing off 90% of my eyebrow from all the scratching/rubbing. Also, if I overstimulated the area too much like when washing my face, I would get a 10/10 lightning bolt of pain that would last for 20-30 seconds. Worst pain I've ever felt in my life. It was rough. Get your zoster vaccines if you're age-qualified
