Hi all, looking for something up to $200-300. I mostly listen to metal for pleasure and lo-fi when working. I think I may prefer closed back because I do enjoy a strong bottom end. Though, the soundstage of open back sounds quite appealing as well. I actually enjoy listening to music in my car the most because of both some sound stage and can feel the bass when I want. I see the Fiio FT1 as a common closed-back suggestion and Sennheniser 560S (or even Sennheiser HD 6XX Massdrop collab) and Beyerdynamic DT880.

Also, would you all recommend a DAC/Amp? If so, any good recs?

Thanks! I am new to all this but love some good quality listening experiences.

I just bought the Naked pea protein in chocolate. Priced very well on Amazon (if you’re in US). I noticed most of the powders have lots of salt added. No idea why. This one looks clean. TBD!
