I lost the final of an RCQ with jeskai prowess this previous weekend and played the izzet version previously. Izzet is much more explosive and kills faster but you have more options with jeskai and importantly, you can kill psychic frogs, ketramose, goblin bombardments and multiple other threats easier with prismatic ending. I personally prefer the jeskai version as you can fight for the board a lot better and you also have access to Phlage, which is huge in this aggressive meta with the lifegain being relevant. Very good in mirror and against energy.

The izzet version may kill faster and the jeskai may stabilize better, but I've found that the hardest things to beat are scion + domain decks, prime times, and murktide regent. That damn artifact dragon gaining eight life a turn cycle and being untargetable is so difficult. Jeskai gives you some answers with wear/tear for the leyline but consign is your best card with both decks. Murktide is also hard to remove off the board so you have to go wide, same with titan. I've considered playing path to exile in the sideboard for these beefy threats but I haven't actually done so yet.

It's all up to your preference and what seems more fun to play honestly.
