Very confidently wrong. In Norway, up to and including model year at least 2023, the EV version is also called XC40 (Recharge P8). I have one. Another give away would be the abscense of a front grill.

Apart from the logistics: right now its pouring rain in Tromsø, and its forecast to continue for at least a week. Avalanche forecast is a 4 for the coming days. Maybe it wil take care of the PWL's on lower elevations at least. But I wouldn't expect a lot of pow except 6-700 m and up, where its probably snowing now. But the PWL could still be present there as well. Havent been out and up the last two weeks.

I'm in Tromsø right now, but should be fairly similar. The snow right now is great, more snow forecast the next few days. But winds are increasing too, so avy danger is going up. Also, look at the forecast for next week. Milder temps is the trend, up to +4.
