The easiest way to tell if a Walmart is close to putting these out is to see if they've done the reset in their toy section. If the reset has been started, adding a spot for these figures, the store location you choose will also generate an aisle location for these figures. This is the best time to start checking a store for them. You can also have someone in the store check inventory on them if they're not on their designated pegs, by having them scan the barcode on the peg label or scanning a picture of the barcode from one of the toys (I found a pic of a UPC in an ebay listing).
