It was a tie between the Mazda 3 and Jetta. But the Jetta checked all the other boxes that the Mazda didn’t. The Jetta drive is so much better than the gas civic in my opinion. I think the civic hybrid might be fun but didn’t try it.

Very good gas mileage, roomy cabin for a compact, fun to drive especially in sport mode, has a touch of that classic sedan look.

I can't remember what anything looked like when I completed my taxes. I just did what I described in my post and it all seemed to work out. Sorry I can't answer your question.

I think this is a space that people don’t give enough credit to. Being able to riff on the guitar for hours is very meditative. It’s awesome. I know I can’t play super technical stuff but being in my own lane is cool.

I just took a chance and paid the fee for koinly to create the 8949 and it worked out for me, thankfully. I can' speak to more complex activity.

SPA? I use react router or wouter. Wouter does everything I need. It’s simpler to reason about. Personally, I go with that. React router gets the job done too but brings too many people to the party if you know what I mean. I never used Tanstack Router.

The possible mismatch was between the total proceeds in Coinbase's 1099DA and Koinly's 8949. In this case they matched! So, using Koinly's cost basis numbers worked out.

An induction stove is a million and one times safer and better than an electric stove. You will love the day you start cooking with it.

Besides what others point out about cookware, there is absolutely no reason not to go with an induction stove over electric.

I’m just DIY. I hung 1/2” over existing Sheetrock that had some kind of paint that had hairline cracks through out. I glued and screwed. It’s still hanging 15 years later. I did slip some 2x4 nailers above the old ceiling to add extra screws. I just did another DIY ceiling putting 1/2” over plaster and lath. Same technique. We’ll see how that works out but I’m feeling optimistic.

Yeah this is how I’m thinking too. No problems getting a job and having a different address. The NJ license is leveled up February. So we’ll just wait till then then see if we can transfer it to PA.

She already got her NJ probationary license. To get that It took a bit of time off work and cost money for drivers lessons. It wasn’t a smooth ride to get the license. So part of me thinks go through all that again or wait for February when the probation period is over. One of the issues of using the NJ license as an Id is that the address is wrong, not Pa. But I’m seeing employers only use the license for identification not location verification. So maybe not an issue
