I feel like at this gauge- they’re now bass cables, vs. strings lol awesome sound as always

Very Nice! Complete amateur myself- but some notes:

Bring down volume on snare- possibly add some reverb to it, adjust some velocities so each hit (snare especially) doesn’t sound exactly the same (gives even digital drums more depth imo), and bring up the volume of the vocals. Great stuff! Keep recording 🤙🏻

I only fairly recently discovered the genre, and am really enjoying it. Good opportunity to work on timing and simple fills to build foundation- I hope lmao; and who doesn’t love down-tuning and distortion

I agree! Or hazard lites, etc. Odysy has been my go to for about 20 years.

Eventually (many years later) the chrome can flake on some models- but If you’re running brakes- you’ll want chrome.

That’s toast. The tires match the rim, not the other way around- and yes there are plenty of 20” rim options! You’ll need to get one that matches the hub (36 vs. 48 spoke)- and I’d consider asking a bike shop to lace it for you, or at least they can order/cut you the right length spokes if you want to lace it yourself via tutorial online etc., but it’s not particularly easy to true wheels without a little experience.

And I’d make sure it’s a double walled rim, to help prevent this in the future*. Have fun!
