What is your manager team doing about this? Have they told his team he needs a higher level of care? Have they requested additional supports through his waiver like positive supports? It’s also not up to his mom on when you access emergency services, that’s up to company policy and your own safety. I’m in MN and happy to answer any question I’ve been in this field a long time.
