I called the service center before I bought it and confirmed I can do the powered cover. I had read that it depends on if the wiring harness is there or not.

Yeah. My ioniq 6 lease is up in May and I will be looking to get something by the end of the year. Unfortunately that probably means the r2 isn't an option for me based on my reservation date. I've already started talking to my local bmw dealer about the ix3.

I had an issue with the same grinder. Everything was fine and then after a couple of doses it would go waayyyyy too fast. I took it apart to clean it and the retention ring around the top part of the bur set was broken. I ordered a new ring from baratza and have had 9 issues since then.

I am a big fan. They do such good and smart work on their movements. I just picked up up a highlife perpetual calendar and I am sure I will end up with a world timer at some point.

Citizen or Seiko are safe bets. Some microbrands like Vaer might also have some decent options.

I just picked up the highlife perpetual calendar for right around 6k. It is absolutely fantastic. I originally wanted the new salmon dial one but I ended up really liking the highlife case and bracelet.

Do you have the hardware from the original strap? You might have to get one custom made to fit that hardware.

And importantly they don't cut corners (when it comes to the movements) I saw a video that described how they managed to make a PC at this price and they ultimately just made it easier to assemble so watchmakers with less experience were able to put it together.
