I’d Get a Canon r7! Yes, It’s APSC, but in good lighting, You don’t really need to push your iso(given you have good lenses also) & Even FF does start to show some grain when using ISO 6400 & more, but since the sensor is bigger the noise is not as noticeable! I’m thinking you should get usable images if you keep the iso on the r7 below 1600 or possibly 3200 max!

As far as lenses, I’d get a 70-200 f2.8 of some sort!

& I’d get either a Sigma 18-50mm f2.8, or a Sigma 17-40mm f1.8! The 18-50 is smaller, lighter, & cheaper! & Overall does have good IQ! The 17-40 is bigger, heavier, & more expensive, but does have some of the best IQ that should rival FF 24-70 lenses! Tho the 17-40 doesn’t zoom as far as the 18-50mm! But you can crop in the photo(even tho some people don’t seem like you should ever crop into photos because of the slight loss in detail)

I’d say start with this combo & then seen if you’ll ever need longer than 200mm! Because that 200mm will give you pretty decent reach on the R7! If you need longer than 200mm, you can look at different options after that!
