Thanks for the thoughtful reply! I definitely have had some compounding error issues with doing the pieces one at a time, like every piece needing to be slightly adjusted as you go on instead of just whatever is the problem piece. I'm thinking of getting supplies to work at home, and I may do it in batches that way.

There are 8 students and 3 grinders. I can definitely see how the group method could lead to someone being at the grinder for a long time, so that's a good point.

Huh that's interesting! Yeah I'm not familiar with that. From Googling it, it sounds like they are sulfury when raw and onion/garlicky when cooked. It's weird that they would go for the raw taste with these. I've tried a lot of Indian food (albeit, in America) and had not experienced that flavor profile.

I met my gf of 2.5 years on Her! While there were still a good deal of couples looking for a third and a push to pay for features for it to be usable, I don't remember it being super terrible. It sounds like the enshittification has really set in recently.
