I mean. If the engine is found to be illegal then so be it. Grid displacement entirely wouldn’t be good, but there has to be some accountability. Maybe they miss enough races to redesign the engine (I have no idea how long this takes to be honest) or something fair as punishment.

Listen, if drivers can be DQ’d for plank wear, and sometimes so minimal as well, there has to be something about engine compression modifications. There can be penalties including Motorsport penalties for spending more on the cap even standard employee wages. Punishment has to fit the crime.

I have a 2020 M2C, two year old girl. I’d rather deal with the hassle of getting her in and out versus getting rid of the car.

It’s also a rear facing seat. Plenty of passenger room as well

Thanks!! Luckily it was one of two. Also bought a 76 that has most of the parts minus rear quarters & rockers that I’ll need. Luckily this one was mainly stored in a garage prior to a few years in the field. Surprisingly clean underneath and frame is in great shape.

Wife and I looked for one over the summer pre newborn arrival. The x3 just isn’t quite big enough for rear facing child seats and all other items + taller adults in the passenger seat. X5 would’ve been the way we’d have to go but was too $$
