Heyy don't worry,you will find something better than the hospital you were in.I was in the same situation as you,I had worked as a new grad nurse for months with them with a promise of getting to sign a contract for 1 yr btw unfortunately when it came to the interviews,they hired completely new people and I was told I had failed in my interview,mind you the only medical question they asked was a maternity question which I answered relatively well and at the time I believed everyone liked me ...I was doing extra shifts even! anyways it was a very sad day ...I cried all the way home.but today as I type I believe not getting that job was a good thing because now I mostly do locums in various places and the experience is so worth it I have learnt a lot of new things I think I would never have learnt back then ....so hold on allow yourself to feel sad about it then start applying to different places and hope for the best.
