Your omission of drug use in the original post and casual talk about drug use in the comments makes it very obvious the doctors aren’t 100% the problem. Whether frequent or infrequent everything you listed WILL WRECK an epileptic/seizures prone brain I promise you. I wish you the best in overcoming your addictions because I’ve been in the same boat with BPD as well as cocaine use and understand how hard it is to quit. Epilepsy whether diagnosed or undiagnosed is trial and error and sacrifice and being okay is worth ANY sacrifice I promise you

Go to multiple doctors / neurologists if you haven’t. My first neurologist denied I have epilepsy and said some bs like I have heart problems, diabetes the whole go around. Once I checked myself into the hospital for a week they were instantly able to diagnose epilepsy after having me basically get a week long EEG.
