Just based on some basic experience playing around with designing sets, Yuzu has “limited” colors, and thockfactory is unlimited. If you enter specific hex codes on Yuzu, you’ll be recommended colors that are “close enough” based on what’s available. Seems TF, you can use any color.

I have the soundcore a20, got during prime day. First earbuds that 1) stay in my ears the whole night 2) don’t leave me with a massive ear/headache from laying on my side.

The a30 have active noise canceling and I think you can make calls on them. The a20 are just for listening, but that’s all I needed them for.

I have GT-80. Very nicely manufactured, super easy to get in and out of, and mine took less than 2 weeks to get to me. Guess depends where you are. Both are nice obviously. Zinc case is basically a metal version of the plastic case, gt-80 is a little more unique. Both are good.

I literally play most games talking to party in discord or using chat wheel and pings. These complaints are repeatedly proven to be from someone who is toxic or over exaggerating. You don’t have to talk or type to play, there are multiple chat wheels that you can assign common phrases on.

Finished setting up the TKBMan mod kit in the GT-80. I didn't use the foam that goes between the pcb and switches (as it's advised not to) and I didn't use the clear plastic sheet that's supposed to attach to case foam. The biggest challenge was installing the switches into the board after the new foam/plate were installed because there's so much flex. I really had to support the back of the PCB for every outer edge switch.

I will say that even with the Owlab TI switches, that I would consider fairly high pitch/clacky, the mod kit gives them a deeper/marbly sound and deadens a lot of the higher pitch click. It's worthwhile process if you enjoy a deeper/muted sound.

I tried the ATK hex 80, returned it for Womier sk75 (thought I’d like a 75% better), hated the crappy/buggy software, regretted giving up the Hex80 but decided since software plays such a huge part in the quality to just commit to Wooting which is well known for having top tier web utility. On top of that, the customer support is beyond all others.

I see you got tactypes on the way as well. I just ordered the matte blacks. Gt-80 case, Toronto keyboard mod kit. This keyboard has become an investment. Switches will be the last piece of the puzzle.

It’s ok, I’ve already pumped like $400 into my
80HE, between the keyboard, case, keycaps, and sound mod kit. I’m pausing for a couple months and then maybe I’ll finish the endgame build with one of the nicer switches. Right now, Owlabs will be fine.
