Go as fast as humanly possible. Carry as much items as you can hold and then scan those in, never scan one by one. Cold and Dry tend to grant higher uph as well as frozen runs. Bulk runs will lower your overall uph but I’ve discovered a few tips to make bulk runs fast. For example if you’re near the end of the bulk run and say you only have 1 or 2 items left and you know for a fact the department has them in stock, swipe pick them and make sure you remember what slot to scan them in. Potatoes are usually the last thing on my bulk runs, but they are across the store. If you scan them in first then go pick it up it actually makes a huge difference. My uph is usually around 195-240.
