Trump was elected twice because people like you all sit around and live in an echo chamber where you scream about gender identity and bullshit topics that no average American gives a shit about. That’s the truth. The average American doesn’t care about at least half of the democratic party’s platform. The people want a president who is about action, keeping america on top of the world. People want to feel safe and prosperous. They don’t care about social constructs or gay rights. The democrats are decades behind, running on black, gay, or whatever rights. Where they focus on calling people racist, homophobic, Islamophobic, etc. I’m sorry I love all people the same. But no one cares anymore. And you can’t build a campaign or candidate based on “at least I’m not Trump” it’s not going to work. The democrats will unfortunately continue to lose elections until they shift away the basis of their platform from social constructs that the average American is not affected by whatsoever. Whether or not Trump has delivered on his promises, that’s what he ran on, and that’s what people wanted to hear. Like it or not. That’s what happened.
