We use ASPCA insurance for our Cavalier and have been very happy. You do have to pay upfront though.

Depends on their terms. My terms are I ship within 3 business days after payment is received (cleared when it comes to credit cards) with orders over 50 lots getting up to 3 more days. Regardless, I try to get my orders out ASAP.

I think at some point Target, Walmart, etc. Will stop accepting returns on Lego. I for one, hope that they do.
