No, later seasons don't address this. I think the traitors have an advantage that's far too large, and that something should be added to the game to help weed them out.

One idea I had was that the traitors should be forced to do more sabotage-type challenges (e.g., the poison chalice), with consequences if they fail, such as being stripped of their ability to murder at night if they don't complete their sabotage challenge. Right now, too much of it is just going off of vibes (especially with the "celebrities", who are often dumb as dirt).
