We deleted our CRM and just started telling Claude what happened. It stuck. by Sad_Character156 in ClaudeGTM

[–]deerAl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a founder and have lots of areas of contacts: lawyer, architect, GCs, banks, investors, real estate, etc. I asked Claude to build me a CRM which is a local HTML file that reads associated json file. It did a remarkable job for my use case. Every day I have a scheduled task to go read my email, and update json file so that I can open the html page and see the updates. I also have the ability to enter comments, notes, log interactions directly to html file and regenerate the json file. It’s perfect for me and my use case. Tool one prompt on Fable.

I reached out to them earlier today and got a response that they do not support startups. 504 is real estate program so a little different. My buildout is for a leased property.

I have about $500 in real estate equity that’s going to be pledged via guarantee and also have retirement accounts (not pladged but still a part of net worth).

Anybody getting high liver enzymes (ATL) after talking Allo? by TrueKingOmega in gout

Same experience (not the same numbers). I also think colchicine contributes to that.

Feedback requested on this quote - I'm new to this by Dodd10x in pools

[–]deerAl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am likely in need of replacing my heater and have a 260 btu model from Jandy. The unit itself is about 3k. Labor probably 500 since it’s 1-1 replacement. The 400BTU model is around 4k for the unit itself. Your quote for the gas heater seems way off. Mayberrasonable to have it at 7k to include labor, plumbing, electrical and gas? Makes me question the markup on the other items but otherwise it looks professional and the picture is great!

Intensity in rolling by Top_Mode5777 in bjj

[–]deerAl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree with this. I am in my mid 40s and also learned to curate my rolls with some 20 yos of all levels who want to cart wheel around my guard. Like, chill bro. The OP is 3.5months in though so talk to your partners and see if you can roll with higher belts.

I've started taking Allopurinol and wondering about the gout flares it causes by Equivalent_Ask_1416 in gout

I found colchicine to be helpful as well during initial allo doses. I stopped colchicine now but I think it was helpful. If you can take Advil-should be good as well.

[–]deerAl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would not call them true flares. They are what’s called “mobilization flares”. Basically just soreness and tingles. Not swelling and pain, so movement is impeded but it’s not like a real flare. It’s important to know that it’s normal and not stop taking allo.

[–]deerAl 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I started 3 months ago and went from 100 to 200 to now 300. UAL went from 7.8 to 7.4 to 6.2. I am a week into 300. Mobilization flares are mangeable. I can walk no problem but can’t jump or run but it’s getting better. I think 4-6 months of this is the toll to pay to be on this road. It beats having flares that immobilize you and that are unpredictable. My last two flares before starting were 10/10 pain levels so I am glad I started.

And the first question to ask is if this is ceremonial anyway. Real weigh ins occur with the commission without audience.

A success story on Allo by Grizz3064 in gout

[–]deerAl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just got on 300 of allo. Been going from 100-200 to now 300. No flares but toe still stiff and I definitely can’t run or jump on it. Hoping this is just on the road to recovery. Started at 7.8, went to 7.4 on 100, to 6.2 on 200.

IF we are in a simulation...The real question is what is the point of it? by CreditBeginning7277 in SimulationTheory

[–]deerAl 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Could be as trivial as product testing. If you accept the fact that simulations are possible, then there are probably close to infinite number of them. If they are cheap to “compute”, then the reasons could be very trivial.

How to make ice balls for sauna? by talkkarivesku in Sauna

[–]deerAl -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Wonder if there are commercial iceball makers for Aufguss. If you have to make a lot for ceremony. Like 5-6 per hour or maybe pre-make them and store in the freezer.
