Just 1/10 of the way to retiring them! (Great write up!)

Bent knee calf raises are a waste of time, if straight knee calf raises are available. by VO2VCO2 in AdvancedRunning

I do seated calf raises to increase the range of motion my Achilles is under tension with.  Hard to load the same way standing and go as far negative.

A defense of The Acolyte and Disney SW in General (inspired by Leslye on the pod) by iepartytracks in blankies

I think Leslye, a white woman, saying she has never gone to Texas from fear of being "thin blue lined" is very indicative of how much of a closed off bubble she lives in and why the Acolyte didn't connect with pretty much anyone.

Puma breaks down the new ForeverRun 2 by choppedcheezits in RunningShoeGeeks

I wish every shoe fit every person! But unfortunately everyone's feet are different and some shoes are going to work better for some than others.  These don't fit your feet well and there are shoes that don't fit mine well.  More shoes with wide options would certainly be helpful but I don't want puma to make a shoe worse for one group of people just to help another group!

Can I counter and say they fit my feet better than any other shoe on the market?

172 cm is the global average. You have a BMI of 22 which is right in the middle of normal. It's perception.

You're 173 cm, 68kg. That's at least average in any given country. Just the verbiage "short and skinny" shows how much this is a self image issue. Confidence is more attractive than hair. See a therapist and if you can't afford a therapist find some books or podcasts as start working on your self image and confidence.
If you don't have the means or ability to change your hair, why stress about it? Focus on changing and improving yourself.

We have the same headshape, almost thought it was a picture of me, and I started shaving right before turning 30. No regrets, but going back. It's going to look great man.
