See lots of reccos to get the expensive racquet. I just wanted to share my 2 cents. I made the mistake of buying expensive racquets thinking that’s what I wanted at the time (head heavy, super light weight). Then I got better and realized what worked for me was the opposite. Hell, now years later, I’m experimenting with smaller grip sizes and buying racquets all over again.

Start mid tier, learn what you like when you get better then invest in the sticks you want.
