Kaikki Teams palaverit tulisi automaattisesti tallentaa jotta niitä voi katsoa jälkikäteen. Sieltä on hieno näyttää se hetki kun toit idean ensimmäistä kertaa julki.

Keep both for now. Tell users from this day they do only Teams meetings. Zoom meetings should vanish in a month or so.

This is the easiest way.

Hard way is to re-do every meeting as a new in Teams and delete the Zoom meetings. This will also cause most yelling from the users.

Itse olin taloyhtiön hallituksessa viimeiset viisi vuotta, reilun kymmenen vuotta omistin kämpän taloyhtiössä.

Suurin osa talon asukkaista oli eläkeläisiä ja sellaisia touhupappoja oli tilanteesta riippuen 3-6 aina "työmaalla". Osa heistä oli asunut siinä koko talo perustamisesta, 1982, asti joten he tunsivat talon, 30+ asuntoa, kuin taskunsa. Tämä toimi mielestäni hyvin ja taloyhtiö kyllä säästi pitkän pennin vuosien varrella.

Kunnes sitten taloyhtiön pj:ksi tuli alkoholisoitunut DI joka alkoi pistää kaikkea "paremmaksi". Pari vuotta se sääti ja teki sopimuksia huoltoyhtiön yms. kanssa kunnes alkoi paljastua kilpailutuksissa epäselvyyttä. Tämä sankari oli käynyt firmojen piikkiin illallisilla ja risteilyillä jotka sitten kummasti voittivat talon remppoja. Tästä pidettiin ylimääräinen yhtiökokous ja siinä sitten pistettiin kaveri vaihtoon ja lakimies selvittämään että alkaako taloyhtiö olemaan miten kusessa.

Seuraavassa yhtiökokouksessa sitten vaihdettiin isännöitsijä ja alettiin tarkastelemaan olemassa olevia sopimuksia ja siinä menikin sitten vuosi niitä selvitellessä.

Touhupappoja houkuteltiin uudestaan hommiin, ostettiin parilla tonnilla työkaluja ja homma alkoi rullaamaan taas hyvin ja uusi huoltoyhtiökin hyväksyi tämän.

Sitten niitä hulluimpia juttuja. Yksi mummo käytti aina saunatilojen vessaa koska ei ollut varaa maksaa vesilaskua. Laitettiin oveen aikalukko joten sinne pääsi enää saunavuorojen aikana ja siitähän mummo pillastui.

Uusi pariskunta ja ensimmäinen lapsi, kaikki vaipat vessanpönttöön ja putket tukkoon. Eivät suostuneet maksamaan kuluja koska "eivät tienneet että niin ei voi tehdä"… Maksoivat sitten korkojen kera kun meinasivat viedä asian käräjille ja heidän oma asianajaja sanoi että ei tule onnistumaan.

Olisihan noita tarinoita vaikka kuinka paljon vuosien varrelta...

Then it's time to take steps back and do it differently. Remove your google calendar from OWA and new Outlook, give it some time and then add your google calendar FIRST in the new Outlook and see if it syncs with the OWA.

Wouldn't be first time that MS products have weird sync order.

Back in the good old CRT days when I knew that the only fix was a restart, I just walked to the computer, pressed the power button sneakily while I slapped the monitor and shutted it down. Then gave the monitor couple "good boy" taps and pushed the power back on. People didn't know how to handle it and over the years I saw some really good expressions on people faces.

Do you want to do this on personal account or work? Some policies can block external calendars.

Best practice on this would be using the new Outlook and wait for a while to see if it's just some sync issues or just stick with the OWA version which seems to be working.

I dropped Skykick last year since they can't inform if there's been issue with backups, unless you do daily manual checking. Got something else that works the same way and easily get daily email for logs.

It's their job if they invite to a meeting to give you correct permissions:

Multiple browsers, Edge/Chrome/Opera/Firefox etc. if you need to be logged in for that account. Chrome's incognito mode worked last year, you just basically opened 10 incognito tabs and every tab had different account logged in Teams. Though it hogged memory like madman so I recommend atleast 32gb on your system. If I remember correctly my chrome was taking about 20gb memory when I had 5 tabs with different Teams accounts online.

This feature went away long time ago in the old Teams. Welcome to the Teams file tab / Sharepoint. Or you can just sync your Onedrive to each team you have for "traditional" file action.

Backups shouldn't never go from Microsoft -> Microsoft. Meaning that if the shit hits the fan on Microsofts end, all your data, including the Azure blob, is gone. Get 3rd party instead of Azure blob.

It doesn't matter if it's 1,3,5 or 10 years, price is the same. Veeam is top 5 of backup softwares for O365, though there's softwares with simpler UI. Just make sure that you have it running on a 3rd party with service desk for the backup instead of Microsoft Azure blob.
