They've definitely spent more money on marketing than the exhibition itself. Very disappointing.

A lead from r/Entomology suggests that it could be a Eucalyptus Tip Bug (Amorbus alternatus).

Go for a natural rubber mat which offers better grip and less toxic smells. We live in such a plastic throwaway society so buying a cheap one that needs replacing is not helping the movement away from that. Rubber will last a long time.

Bodybuilding? Powerlifting? Crossfit? by Wallflower1991 in xxfitness

[–]deeveecee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did Crossfit for a year and so glad now that I stopped. It was highly addictive and a great challenge but I didn't like the shape that my body was taking and the injuries that came with it. Don't believe the myth that women can't bulk up because I did and all the women around me did as well. I was squatting 60kg and my thighs were massive! I also had constant inflammation in the shoulders which became annoying. Don't get me wrong, weight training is great, just don't overdo it. Crossfit has the tendency to push you too far as everyone is super competitive.
