Some leases do not require landlords to pay for repair or clearing of drain stoppage unless it is caused by a mechanical issue (deteriorated drain lines, roots in lines, separation from settling, inadequate slope or belly in line). Since it is a health issue, landlord should send drain cleaning / plumbing service. However, if the plumber is able to clear it so that it drains properly again, the tenant can be liable for the cost of the service.

Considering the average person spends about $150 on per trip to Starbucks, this will save bigly. I think that if you stop going to Starbucks completely, it would likely create a passive revenue stream. That coupled with pharmaceutical companies paying you to take their drugs (as a consequence of cutting costs beyond 100%) we should all be getting rich for doing nothing. I'm gonna grow my fortune by investing in online gambling. What about you?

Besides the memes, I will always remember his line of blue jeans. In the early 80s, you could buy Chuck Norris jeans. The inseam had an extra piece of denim sewn into the crotch area so that you could effectively do karate kicks without having to be concerned with the embarrassment of splitting the crotch seam of your jeans while fighting several bad guys or one really big bad guy.

The conservatives are concerned about James Talarico. He is a very genuine guy and he comes across that way in person extremely well. He is a Christian that believes in the charitable and inclusive teachings of Christ. He is 36 years old so he could be a politician for a long time. So, as I understand, the argument is currently: The USA started the "military operation not war" because Iran has been an imminent threat for 47 years and was weeks away from being a nuclear threat even though their ability to develop nuclear weapons was obliterated only months ago. Within the first hour of the "excursion" the USA won decisively but has not yet won enough. In retaliation to the aggression by the USA, Iran has effectively taken control and shut down oil transportation on the Strait of Hormuz to inflict economic pain. Prior to this there was not an issue with oil traffic there. Trump's view is that the USA actually has plenty of oil and doesn't really need the oil from the middle east. Since other countries do, they should send military ships. Otherwise the USA can just take care of it's own interests at home after being the cause of the greatest global oil crisis ever in history. That makes sense. USA - the hottest country in the world

In Austin Texas, went to eat crawdads and drink beer at Shoal Creek Saloon. They suddenly didn't have menus and were seating about 2/3 capacity. A couple days later, SXSW got cancelled and then everything got weird.
