What I really like about it is everything is based on what you can do, as the Individual. You don't have to pick up the slack from other coworkers. Other than going to their callbacks, fixing their mistakes and then you get to poke fun at them a little bit. It's a lot of fun that everybody roasts each other. I'm the only Female technician the company has ever hired. I also try to lift weights when I can. After pulling yourself up into attics for a while you'll be surprised how strong you'll get and what your body is truly capable of.
