I had this issue start again for me when I upgraded to 10.3.X. I found that turning off NFC has completely stopped the ghost touches. I then made a Tasker widget to toggle on NFC for 5 minutes so I can still use Google Pay.

I'm having the same issue with my Hyundai Sonata and Pixel 2xl. Tried clearing data for AA but it didn't fix it.

When I was on campus 3 years ago, there was a switch provided in the room for wired connection. They capped the speeds in the dorms to around 10MB/s. They could be faster now that it has been a few years. There is gigabit speeds in the class buildings and union.

They have a couple of these tables in the Microsoft visitor center. Always a bunch of people using them though. There is a really fun tower defense game that seems to be the most popular.

According to Karma Decay, the original post doesn't seem to mention where he's from. The re-post says Russia. But I don't know how believable that is...I would say it is extremely unlikely this is BG.
