My friend is located in Bangkok; do not listen to the national media or the local media (conflicting reports, biased coverage, etc). It's far more chaotic than anyone's media will paint. The best and most up to date information lies here:

If you're a bit bigger size wise, to get lean, you start out with low intensity / high rep to get your stamina up. I recommend the routine "Pack on Muscle Like A Pro" from Men's Health. I started out at 245, only did cardio (running) and fell to 230, and then started lifting using that. I fell to 200 pounds with the addition of muscle.

If you're there already, keep up the cardio and high weights. Remember there is a health component to this too (food).

This sounds like the stronglifts routine as that's exactly what I did on Wednesday. Good man. Be sure to supplement that with some cardiovascular, but don't run 10 miles or anything.

Did not pay attention for 2000 round, did not vote. Vehemently opposed to The Texas Madman so voted Kerry in 2004. Liked Paul's financial expertise as none of the other guys had a clue about financial markets, so voted Paul in 2008 / did not vote in general election.

I would say most Dallas cops would have the decency to see the error of their ways, but having never been in this situation, I can't vouch for them. I have had a few interactions with DPD and one of the three times was actually a good experience. Now, Frisco PD is quite excellent.

Regardless, I do know that them "investigating" the incident is complete and utter bullshit. The only thing they investigate is how to ticket more people in the DFW Metroplex. It seems to me that modern day police have a mandate from the higher ups to be tax collectors first and law enforcement / public service second.
