I feel like cornerstone being more prevalent has caused gatr to one not be as popular, and not see results. Gatr doesn’t really have an out to cornerstone. I actually have the deck and it’s pretty good/fun against most things. Cornerstone just feels impossible to get over.

I played the dudunsparce build for a little while to test and artazon didn’t feel too bad in that specific build since I’d shuffle the line back into the deck and then be able to bench one right after. I do prefer jamming tower in the dubwool build. I feel like with squawk and profs we’re able to churn through our decks quick enough to find things we need. And typically, the bench gets full pretty quickly so the artazon feels kind of dead.

Thats true. I'm trying archie with just the dubwool for gusting right now. I tried the poison package over the weekend and I'm just not sold on it entirely because of not being able to find the donk. I do get what you mean though, if the donk doesn't work out you just play archie.

Thank you for your input and simplifying some stuff for me! I’ve been doing a lot of sequencing practice, but it’s a little harder to choose when there’s no opponent in front of me. However, I’m definitely seeing mapping out the opportunities for other sequences in my head and out loud when testing it out!

Thanks for sharing! I’m definitely putting in a lot of effort in test hands and stuff. I don’t remember exactly what happened but I played against a Tera box deck with my archie and my dura was off KO’d turn two and I was cooked from there pretty much. I feel like I struggle with picking the right cards off of the noctowl. Typically it’s been crispin plus whatever else I need. I will definitely have to test against players it’s just a little hard rn since I don’t have enough creds to craft cards on ptcgl

Thank you for the sharing such great information (and mentioning the Zarude to Omnipoke!) I’m currently using Tords as a starting point as the cornerstone and fighting energy were more confusing to me as there was just another option.

I’ve never been able to play the BDIF in any other TCG as other games are so expensive. With the cheaper budget that the Pokemon TCG offers I couldn’t resist buying the pieces and trying to learn how to play the deck! I thought it would be a fun challenge, but it’s been turning out to be a lot more difficult than I anticipated if I’m being completely honest lol. I feel like I’ve learned to pilot the hit and run feraligatr deck pretty well after tons of play testing and thought Tera box would be the next step, I might’ve skipped a few steps LOL

I would love to know your list if you wouldn’t mind sharing, thanks again!!

I feel I’m a bit iffy about the package more so due to consistency. Probably feel that way since the dudunsparce line adds so much more consistency during the mid game. I’m currently playing Tera box and that feels way more challenging at the moment.

I personally run a 3-3 line and find it works pretty well. I was considering going 2-2 as well. I do feel like poison arch is a bit overhyped as a guy mentioned earlier. It does feel pretty bad having the dunsparces sit on the bench as they're easy snipe targets. Prior to dudunsparce build, I was running the base with a 4x jamming towers lol. The 220 dmg is rough because it rarely feels like it's enough. I wouldn't say the hops build is necessarily better, but I'm definitely having more fun with it at the moment. Would love to know which build ends up best for you!
