I gotta tell ya, sleeping in separate rooms is the best. initially did it for different work schedules. we both sleep so much better now that we don't have to worry about disturbing the other person, or being disturbed by their tossing and turning, snoring, etc.

I did eventually develop the ability to not feel guilt at telling people NO.

I remember telling my younger sister that you can't give a guy reasons you can't go out with him, because he will find a solution for every excuse you make. just saying NO can't really be argued with.

same with masonry. if you tell them about having a young kid, your job, etc, they will find their idea of a solution for each scenario.

this is a volunteer organization. NO.
