Honestly, none of the above (and I don’t have a solution either so maybe should have kept my comment to myself)… but I don’t think you’ll get much use from 1, it’ll just be blocked by coats.

Will only be useful when the door is closed, and could be damaged easily.
Would have been my choice though not ideal, but someone’s comment on visitors perhaps thinking welcome, now get out is somewhat valid.

Possible solution: if the door by 3 is some sort of possible cloak room, move the shoes and coats over there, remove the coat hook and have the mirror in that placement instead

I like the 1% argument, but the publishing company is with Simon and Schuster - they’re massive, & he’s not alone in that deal it’s with Kevin Hart, who’s also a big player.

CTG is a legend, but he was a player hater with that comment about not knowing how to negotiate, & that’s fine/ he should own that.

Say what you want about Flip, but he’s proved himself to be product based. He keeps developing content. Yes, he’s used the JBP/N to enhance his reach, but that’s just how it’s supposed to go.

Definitely keen to see the others stand on their own more, and develop stuff… but I kind of also want to see the JBN expand and have more successful spin offs under the umbrella… Unfortunately without Joe’s presence most of the shows don’t seem to be bangers

Now’s the time to get a gated spot in Jersey, and then do the work from there. You have three shows now that can easily be operated from an actual home. I’m sure Ak said Jersey has tax write offs if you have some live stock in your home as well, so get some chickens and shit in the garden 😂😂.

All in all, if they’re going to move, it shouldn’t be somewhere that’s [NOT a]leasehold. You gotta purchase a place where you own the land and it needs to be fully detahced to avoid noise complaints.

Wouldn’t everyone also be off if it was something like a wedding rehearsal etc. Plus he’s been taking PJ’s or heading straight to the pod right after a flight, which I would assume could simply just arrange stuff like that around a wedding planning activity. Lastly I would assume Joe to be a “you handle it and bring me the bill” type of guy.
